I'm not great with plants. Will this really work?
We created Biome for folks just like you!
Our living walls take care of themselves and are designed to thrive with minimal knowledge about plants or investment of time.
If you are wanting plants but concerned about keeping them alive, Biome is the solution for you.
Can I hang Taiga directly on drywall?
Yes! Taiga ships fully assembled and installs on drywall with the included mounting hardware in about 30 minutes.
Multiple panels can be daisy-chained to make larger feature walls.
How often do I need to add water?
While Taiga's reservoir can last up to 1 month, it's best to top off your tank weekly to keep things fresh and full.
It only takes about 1 gallon of water per week per panel.
If you forget, Taiga will send a notification to make sure you stay on track.
Do I need natural light?
While natural light is helpful, it's not necessary.
All plants that come with Taiga and Taiga Max are low-light tolerant.
If installing in rooms with very limited natural light, we recommend adding our Halo Grow Light to supplement the light and ensure plants stay healthy.
Does it need power?
Taiga requires a standard power outlet, and if you install multiple Taiga on a wall, additional devices can daisy chain off the first panel for easy setup.
For a sleek, cord-free look, you can hide the outlet behind your Taiga.
We provide detailed instructions for your electrician if you choose to recess the power outlet behind the devices, ensuring a clean and professional installation.
What can I control with the Biome App?
The Biome app is a seamless companion to Taiga, designed to enhance your indoor greenery experience.
It allows you to easily connect your Taiga to WiFi, control the lighting to fit your mood, and receive low water alerts to remind you to top off the water tank.
With the app, you can effortlessly manage and monitor your living wall, ensuring a thriving and vibrant indoor garden.
What if I go on vacation?
Taiga is the perfect solution for plant care while you're on vacation, making Taiga a true vacation enabler.
With fully automated watering for up to a month at a time, your plants will thrive effortlessly in your absence.
If your vacation extends beyond that, simply have someone stop by to top off the water tank, and you're all set.
You can even share our 30 second video to show them how to refill that tank.

All Taiga and Taiga Max panels come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty that covers all essential operations like water pumps and lighting.
